On a whim, we went to the fish market one morning – so at 6 a.m. into the boat and off to Hamburg.
The fish market simply has everything you can imagine. In the auction hall there's a party with live music until 9 a.m. The stalls have to stop selling at 9.30 a.m., so towards the end the goods are sold off cheaply.
Hamburg has many different sides, and the harbour is always a special place to visit. At lunchtime we got back on the boat, cruised around the harbour a little more and went back to Drage.
Hamburg – always worth a trip.
