The town is pretty to look at, with a small castle, a pedestrian zone and the marina. We quickly finished our sightseeing and spent the day by the water, right next to the motorhome.

The pitch itself costs 125 DKK including waste disposal and fresh water. There is plenty of electricity, which costs an extra 10 DKK per day. Showers and toilets are at the harbour and accessible with a code.

For the showers you need a shower card, which you get from the machine. The deposit for the card is refunded when you return it to the machine.
We parked the motorhome right by the sandy beach, and the view of the bay was fantastic.

On Friday morning we left the site and headed for Skagen, the northernmost town in Denmark. The 380 kilometres without traffic jams flew by, and we reached the tip of Denmark in the early afternoon.

Our first stop was the lighthouse and the wonderful sandy beach. There are parking spaces for motorhomes, but be careful – the parking fee signs are misleading.
