AIDA Canary Islands 2024
A week on AIDAcosma from Gran Canaria: Funchal on Madeira, Loro Parque on Tenerife and Lanzarote – in a suite at the stern, despite a general bus strike.

In November we went to Gran Canaria to spend a week on AIDAcosma sailing from island to island. We didn't know AIDAcosma yet and were very excited about the ship. She is considered one of the most modern cruise ships of the AIDA Cruises line, belongs to the so-called Helios class and is a sister ship.

The journey from Hanover on an AIDA charter flight was OK – nothing special, but also no drinks or snacks on this 5-hour flight. We quickly collected our suitcases from the belt, and the AIDA buses were already waiting for us at the airport exit.
25 minutes later we reached the ship, and less than 10 minutes later we were on board.
We had already made a few reservations for restaurants and the spa in advance. We had breakfast in the Churrascaria, where a table was booked for us for the whole trip.
