The next day we first went to a camping shop, as our roof light was leaking a little and letting water in. The "Campeershop Twello" is less than 5 minutes away. When we couldn't find any Sika sealant and asked for it, a mechanic came straight over and checked the roof with a tester to see where the water was coming from.

As we couldn't stay overnight, he provisionally sealed the roof with Sika for a tip, so a short time later we could continue towards Rotterdam. A great camping store.

On the way we did some shopping, filled up the tank and so on, and arrived at the ferry at 4 p.m. Less than 1.5 hours later we were boarding. We had booked a small outside cabin, and after a short look around we had our traditional cocktail.

The crossing was very calm, and the next morning we were woken by the announcements at 6 a.m. We had pre-booked breakfast and had it in a large canteen. The selection is typically English. We arrived in the port of Hull 20 minutes late.

After border control we set off straight away towards Stirling. We had no problems with driving on the left – or rather, we got used to it very quickly.
