When we had all had our fill of fun in the water, we continued along the coast – and the best thing was that the catamaran set its sails and we sailed. We anchored in a wonderful bay, and a hot lunch was served – it was really delicious. After a total of 6 hours we were back at the catamaran's landing stage and were taken back to AIDA. The whole time we were supplied with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the catamaran. The crew was very attentive and responded to the guests' needs.
The cost was 98 euros per person, including snorkelling equipment, drinks and food.
If you want to enjoy a great catamaran trip on Barbados, this is exactly the right place. We can recommend this tour.
After a great day, we reached Martinique the next morning. Martinique, a pearl in the Caribbean, is a French overseas region known for its fascinating mix of exotic beauty, cultural sophistication and historical significance. We had already booked a tour with Sebastiano Tours in advance. Sebastiano himself picked us up at the terminal in his minibus, and we then went to "Mein Schiff" to pick up more guests. Sebastiano drove us right across his island and showed us its wonderful spots. He drove past the tourist traps and showed us the places the islanders visit too. The first stop was the Saut Gendarme waterfall in the rainforest, which already gave us a great impression.
We continued to the botanical garden in Le Morne-Rouge. Le Morne-Rouge lies in the north of Martinique and is surrounded by lush vegetation and impressive mountain scenery. Sebastiano led us through the glorious garden and showed us the flora and fauna.
