After seeing the town, we decided to walk back through nature. A hiking trail led us through a dense forest with tall pines and snow-covered ground. The silence was broken only by the chirping of birds and the rustling of the wind in the trees.

Back at the ship, we reflected on the impressions of our trip. The mix of modern architecture, history and unspoilt nature made our visit to Alta an unforgettable experience.

Full of great experiences and memories, our trip continued on to Trondheim.

Our AIDA trip took us to the historic city of Trondheim, one of the oldest cities in Norway. For our shore leave we chose excursion THM06x, which took us by bus through Trondheim and included a stop at a viewing platform, a ride on the historic tram and a visit to the fort.

After leaving the ship, our tour began with a bus ride through Trondheim. The city immediately impressed with its colourful wooden houses, wide streets and historic buildings. Our first stop was a viewing platform from which we had a breathtaking view over the city and the Trondheimsfjord – a perfect place for photos.
