After our shopping we drove on and finally found a dreamlike spot right on a lake near Hällevadsholm. The pitch was slightly elevated, with a view of the water sparkling in the sunlight. Around us there was nothing but peace, the chirping of birds and the gentle lapping of small waves on the shore.

The weather was particularly kind to us: a brilliant blue sky, pleasantly warm, and a light breeze sweeping across the lake. We put our chairs right by the shore, dangled our legs in the water and simply enjoyed the silence. A few boats passed in the distance; otherwise we had the spot almost to ourselves – a real insider tip.

In the evening the sunset was reflected on the smooth surface of the water, bathing everything in golden light. A perfect moment to unwind, drink a glass of wine and let the day come to an end.
